On contract with us for twelve months, Liz runs her own consultancy called Reputation Matters, helping organisations to grow, maintain and save their reputation. She advises clients on stakeholder relations, issues and risk management, communications strategy and sustainability strategy.
Liz is leading Hawke’s Bay Winegrowers’ business strategy as well as day-to-day activities. She brings with her the resources and capabilities of her consultancy – media relations, event management, PR and promotions, marketing and research – utilising her expertise, and that of her specialist team,working alongside administrator Sue Schmidt and marketing and communications manager Vicky Roebuck.

Vicky is a specialist marketing and communications expert with unrivalled knowledge of everything Hawke’s Bay.
Vicky takes care of nurturing Hawke’s Bay Wine’s profile and partnerships to help grow the region’s reputation as one of the world’s most loved wine region.
As well as managing our hosting and regional tasting programme, Vicky liaises with media, as well as key industry and regional partners. She also oversees promotional events, manages consumer media (social and website) and takes care of the Hawke’s Bay Wine brand.

Adele our very adept ‘cat-wrangler’, and first point of contact for all things Hawke’s Bay Winegrowers.
She is responsible for managing all office, financial and administrative activities for the Association and for the range of regional member services we deliver.
