Hawke's Bay A&P Bayleys Wine Awards
The Awards Dinner is a glamorous event held in a Marquee in the Iconic Waikoko Gardens at Showgrounds Hawke’s Bay, celebrating the very best Hawke's Bay winemaking talent.
The Hawke’s Bay A&P Bayleys Wine Awards competition is celebrating 17 years and is the largest regional wine competition in New Zealand. The awards objective is to identify, celebrate and promote our regions viticulture and wine making prowess. Not only regionally but nationally, these awards are important for the Hawke's Bay industry and our region.
Entries are accepted from wineries with wine made from 85% Hawke’s Bay grapes. Over 90% of Hawke’s Bay wineries, including multinational wine makers with vineyards in and out of Hawke’s Bay enter this competition.
Hawke’s Bay has a portfolio of wines that is the envy of so many other regions around New Zealand, these wines can grace the table of any restaurant around the world with integrity and dignity. The Hawke's Bay A&P Society, in its role as Owners and Event Managers of this event, take pride in delivering a consistently successful competition, showcasing the great Hawke's Bay Wine Industry.
