Tony Bish Wines, Australasia’s exclusive Chardonnay specialist. Tony expertly curates premium wines solely from the King of White Grapes, creating a portfolio that seamlessly marries innovation with tradition through the use of egg fermenters and oak barrels.
Tironui Estate, a boutique hillside vineyard situated near Taradale, has stunning views overlooking Napier and out to Cape Kidnappers. Grapes are hand-picked and aged in oak barrels producing high quality Bordeaux style blends and Rosé.
