As we celebrate the achievements of 2025, whether this vintage will become "the one" remains to be seen. What is certain is that Hawke's Bay Wine continues to set the standard for premium New Zealand wine, and our best days are still ahead.

2024 Annual Report
This past year has been transformative with our recognition as a Great Wine Capital elevating our global presence and strengthening connections through knowledge exchanges. The Aotearoa Chardonnay Symposium continues to grow, and key workshops have boosted our People and Environment initiatives.
At our AGM held on Tuesday, 15 October 2024 we proudly presented the operating reports for Hawke's Bay Winegrowers - making real progress on the pillars identified as being important for the sustainability and success of our wine region.

Strategic Plan
Below is a summary of the Strategic Plan developed in 2018, reviewed by the Board in 2024 and which informs the activities and work plans of HBWG.
From this document the Board has established the Strategy KPI dashboard so it can monitor progress against these strategy objectives. The October 2024 Dashboard is included for your information and shows we are on track to deliver on these objectives.
